The Help Center Standard Edition offers 4 channels of communication, company branding on the front page and the ability to keep your customers informed in real time of their Sales Representative and an Executive contact.  

The Help Center Standard Edition gives your customers convenient anytime access to complete a form on their ConnectKey® enabled device to send Sales, Support, Service, or Billing messages to the destination of your choice.  You can change the communication channels (example - you can change Billing to MPS or any other channel) . The Supplies option on AltaLink® devices displays toner levels.  The Service option will send the serial number and any error codes.
