Do you offer support?

Yes, we provide priority email and live support for our Business Pro and Freedom Unlimited customers.

If you are a customer with a support plan or considering the Business Pro or Freedom Unlimited option, please submit a support ticket.

If you require support for the Free version or the In-App subscription, please refer to the Vision-e University for self-service support.

There are two licensing options. One for individuals and one for businesses.

IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS (BEST FOR INDIVIDUALS)

$19.99 / user / month. Each user manages their subscription and billing on their individual device.

BUSINESS PLAN (BEST FOR BUSINESS)

Business plans include:

A license for every user in your Salesforce Org

How do I schedule a Live demo for the Business Plan?

We tailor presentations based on your requirements. Please let us know your requirements and select a time to schedule a demo.

Can I get a demo for the Free or the In-App Edition?

The free and affordable in-app edition is offered as a self-service solution for individual users. We do not have a live demo for the free or in-app edition. There is an optional priority 30-Day Fast Start program for $495 for a live demo, on boarding, 100% guaranteed configuration, and user training. Download Flyer

Q: What is required to implement Vision-e Scan?
A: Implementation requires 3 steps; install the Vision-e Scan AppExchange package, assign Permission Sets, and install the mobile app.

Q: In the mobile app, why am I getting a prompt to add required fields when all fields are completed?
A: This can occur when you are logged into Salesforce but the AppExchange package did not successfully install. Please have your Salesforce Administrator install our AppExchange package.

Q: Can I get a demo for the free version or the in-app subscription?
A: Yes with a 30-Day Fast Start Program.

Q: How can I establish central billing for our company to eliminate the need for individual users to make payments on their devices?
A: The in-app subscription option is available for individual users to subscribe on their device. We do not offer central billing for the in-app subscription option.
