A: Implementation requires 3 steps; install the Vision-e Scan AppExchange package, assign Permission Sets, and install the mobile app.
Q: In the mobile app, why am I getting a prompt to add required fields when all fields are completed?
A: This can occur when you are logged into Salesforce but the AppExchange package did not successfully install. Please have your Salesforce Administrator install our AppExchange package.
Q: Can I get a demo for the free version or the in-app subscription?
A: Yes with a 30-Day Fast Start Program.
Q: How can I establish central billing for our company to eliminate the need for individual users to make payments on their devices?
A: The in-app subscription option is available for individual users to subscribe on their device. We do not offer central billing for the in-app subscription option.
